PUBLIC LEGAL EDUCATION

SALCO provides public legal education in many areas of law, including those listed above. SALCO can come to community events, places of religious worship, community agencies, support groups, etc… to provide legal education.

OTHER TYPES OF WORK

SALCO is involved in several community development initiatives that are posted on our Notice Board. In addition, we do law reform work including lobbying and trying effect laws and policies that will impact on low-income South Asians in the Greater Toronto Area.

SALCO will also take on test cases in the areas of law listed above.
